Tots Of Love also accepts Child Action, Stage 1, and Private Pay Families.

You Must:

• Live in Sacramento County

• Know household income & size of family

• Children ages birth to 13 years of age may qualify

• You will automatically qualify if your child is/has any of the following listed below:

  • Foster Child

  • Homeless

  • TANF/SSI Recipients

  • Disabilities

What You Need to Register:

• Child’s Birth Certificate

• Child’s Immunization Record

• Physical less than (1) Year

• Proof of Income – Pay stubs, W-2, TANF/SSI letter, self-employment, etc. or school financial aid​​

• Work/School verification if applying for full-day services.

• Doctor/Dentist Information

• Medical/Dental Insurance Information

• Emergency/Phone Contacts
